Don’t order bad customer service. This place never gives you an eta on orders and will have you waiting for over 2 hours, my order was placed at 1pm it is now 5pm still nothing. i tested them to get information on what happened to the order all they said was “ sorry the driver is on the way “ that was at 3:30pm. i’d recommend skipping this place and finding a reputable dispensary with accurate information

I love this place!!! The service is off the charts. Super friendly staff and hella good deals on weed. I’m in there a couple times a week. I like the 50% off day personally. Great deals and great weed. Two bics burning from this stoner.

West Hollywood’s The Artist Tree is great because of the service you will receive. The
budtenders at this location offer informative conversations and friendly attitudes, no matter what
question or issue arises while shopping for medical marijuana!

The staff at The Artist Tree in West Hollywood is so helpful and knowledgeable, I've been really
pleased with my experience here! It's also great how much attention to detail they put into their
products - able to answer all questions.

This cannabis dispensary along Santa Monica Blvd is the best! I love how helpful and
knowledgeable their budtenders are. They have everything you could ever want, plus more
options than any other place around here--we'll be back for sure soon!

Hi there! I'm so glad I've found The Artist Tree - West Hollywood Dispensary. This place is the
best around for all your medicinal needs, and they have some incredible customer service too;
especially if we're talking about their budtenders (which everyone should try). You'll be able to
get everything from top-shelf flowers or edibles right down to casualness with no problem at this
dispensary.

The employees at this dispensary are always so nice and they never forget my order. I love
coming here because it's close by! I recommend you stop by if you need good weed edibles
near their home in the Tri-West area will enjoy stopping off into The Artist Tree - West
Hollywood!

We had a great experience shopping at Artist Tree West Hollywood. Our sales lady was very
informative and helpful, especially when it came to deciding on which cannabis strain suits us
best! The security guards were also nice enough that they didn't make me feel intimidated while
walking around. If you live nearby or are looking for someplace new near the Sunset Strip area
this would definitely be worth checking out

Wow! The crew at this dispensary is fantastic. They have a very easy-going, informative tone
that makes you feel like they're on your side of things. It's an effortless walk from the Tri-West
area too. And speaking of which - their budtender was absolutely amazing. It's clear these
people care deeply about giving each customer what he/she needs so let them keep doing such
great work!
