Long overdue for this review.
First, I was impressed with the customer service over the phone. I don't remember the lady's name but she was quite helpful when I explained my circumstances in trying to aquire certain magazines for my pistol. She was polite, professional, and gave me the exact day they would come in (which was spot on).

Just like any other business owner Nabil has his ups and downs. He may or may not remember you when you go back, but over all a solid good dude. He was rude to me at first, but I understood why. He had a line out the door and many people where waiting on him. I purchased a rifle and a hand gun from him, on two separate occasions. He was a bit rude when I purchased my hand gun, but when I bought my rifle he went above and beyond customer service. He also helped me get all my internals for my AR -15 lower, even though I did not purchase the lower from him. Later on, I stopped by to purchase two Magpul bipods and he remembered me and hooked me up. I've sent him two of my buddies to purchase accessories and other handguns from him.

Was here on Friday. This place is very nice and well run. The range officers are plentiful and they are watching the lines closely. They also helped us out with a Cali compliant BS equipped AR15 that we were trying to learn how to get the mag to drop.

I messaged Angeles Armory regarding a S.W.O.R.D. International MK-15 that they posted for sale. I was promptly informed that it was still available. I let them know I am a Truck Driver and could be there next day. I also informed them I live in Bakersfield. They said they could hold the rifle for me until the next day. I arrived and met the Owner. He was super courteous and friendly; and made my wife and I feel like family. I informed him I had been emailing regarding the MK-15 and he said “Yes, for Gabriel. I have it right here waiting for you”. The whole process was quick and prompt. I was amazed at his friendliness and promptness. I don’t mind the travel to purchase firearms from her. Angles Armory had two new customers for life. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a new firearm.

I've interacted with a variety of gun sellers over the years and I must say, Nabil at Angeles Armory is truly one of the most knowledgable and helpful people I've met.
It's currently May 2020 in the midst of a pandemic and I things are CRAZY busy for Nabil and yet I've witness him greet every customer with a smile (a few by name), and genuinely ask how they are doing. There's a line out the door but when it's your turn at his counter he takes the time to help you and answer any questions.
I've met my fair share of grumpy gun sellers at other stores and that was when things were slow. Nabil is refreshing to do business with, I couldn't recommend him enough for your firearms needs.

We shoot at the range every Thursday. We also stop in to the gun shop to see Nabil every week. The prices and support we receive is amazing. Nabil is a wealth of knowledge and gives you the best price he can. He supports LEO very well and treats all his customers like good friends. We don not buy guns from anyplace else.

I came to this shop for the first time yesterday. Now historically gun shops are not the friendliest and are also somewhat arrogant. I met the owner as I needed to mount my scope, which he did. What was incredibly refreshing about this experience is the expertise and client attention and respect he showed me. I live in temecula but would gladly be driving to his shop to purchase my next gun. Keep it up bud, we need more gun shops that treat customer the way you do.

I came in to this shop knowing very little about the ar platform, and for that matter the paperwork, and what is needed for purchasing a firearm. Nabil walked me through what was needed to complete the gun(I only had an upper) and got the cost (which was the best around I checked) all set up for me. Afterwords he explained what I needed paperwork wise to get the firearm completed and into my hands. He is VERY competent at his job and I will go nowhere else for any firearm needs. I highly recommend stopping by and checking with him for your firearm needs.

Angeles Armory is an amazing little gun shop, with a nice selection of firearms, and awesome customer service. If you're looking for a specific firearm or accessory that's not in stock, Nabil, the owner, will go out of his way to find what you need ~ the customer definitely comes first. Angeles Armory, easily has the best prices on handguns and rifles in Southern California (No BS). It's nice to see a smaller gun shop compete and out-perform these large, chain stores; that are over-priced, out-of-stock, and notorious for their terrible customer service along with the inevitable 1-hour wait time, just to talk to a sales representative, that doesn't know a damn thing about firearms! Continued success to Angeles Armory & Nabil.....

This review is a little overdue, but well deserved. Purchased a Franchi Affinity 3 through angeles armory. And it was one of the best gun buying experiences of my life. Great pricing & honest straight to the facts service. They even helped me trouble shoot my AR-10, No Charge!! This store is no B.S. , from now on every gun purchase that i can possible make here, i will. You're not a customer here, you're their friend
