Don’t believe their delivery times. Was quoted a 45-90min wait time and 2 hours later I had no update. I had to call them myself only to be told that it would be another 60 minutes still until my order got there (probably would have been longer honestly). Had to cancel and wasted my whole night waiting. Zero communication, and untrue wait times.

Not worth the wait This is not a bad delivery service they have good deals and flowers but it’s not worth the wait. There is no where in LA that takes 155minutes to get too. I have never had a delivery from here in under 1 1/2 Hrs. I suggest you order at lunch and maybe you will have your bag by the time you get off work. I would give to stars because there are some positives to this place but the wait time is just ridiculous and they need to take a look at their operations.

I’ve been coming to Elevate for years and what keeps me coming is the consistent quality in product and customer service. The selection is huge and the staff are a huge help everyone i have any questions. Will def be coming back for years to come
